One of our most complicated cases happened to a member of one of our Student groups traveling in France, and the fact that he had his Seven Corners Insurance Idenfication Card in his pocket allowed critical treatment to begin immediately. A 15 year old boy was involved in a motorcycle accident in a remote village in France, and he had suffered a complicated head trauma and was unable to communicate.

Every month we get letters and phone calls from satisfied customers. We compile various quotes from these satisfied customers and route them around internally to let our employees know how proud we are that our customers are not just happy with our service, they are taking the time to tell us! I decided to post one of the most recent comments we received from a long time member that was addressed to all of our employees and the agent who sold them the policy to let the outside world also know how proud I am to be part of a staff that has such satisfied customers. To All Seven Corners Staff: "I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with the Seven Corners Health Insurance. Being an insured with you all of these years was pleasant as was dealing with everyone in your office. In the back of my mind I wondered what was going to happen if and when I finally had a claim. The luggage business isn’t getting any easier for travelers. We all have to pay to check our bags now and what we can carry on can also be a changing phenomenon. One of the quick tips I’ve picked up that I thought would be helpful to pass on is the transportation security administration’s 311 rule of carry on and liquids. To the seasoned traveler this may be old news, but to the seasonal traveler it might be a surprise.
