Carry Critical Contact Cards

One of our most complicated cases happened to a member of one of our Student groups traveling in France, and the fact that he had his Seven Corners Insurance Idenfication Card in his pocket allowed critical treatment to begin immediately. A 15 year old boy was involved in a motorcycle accident in a remote village in France, and he had suffered a complicated head trauma and was unable to communicate.

Reimbursed for Coverage

We always try to coordinate our insured’s care with a provider who accepts payment directly from us without making the member pay for claims out of their own pocket. There are some instances where that is not possible or a member simply pays without realizing the provider should send the bill to Seven Corners. Additionally, there are some situations with our Trip Cancellation coverages where a member is eligible for reimbursement for several pre-paid items.
