How We Can Help You
We always try to coordinate our insured’s care with a provider who accepts payment directly from us without making the member pay for claims out of their own pocket. There are some instances where that is not possible or a member simply pays without realizing the provider should send the bill to Seven Corners. Additionally, there are some situations with our Trip Cancellation coverages where a member is eligible for reimbursement for several pre-paid items. If you find yourself in situation where you need to submit a claim to us to get reimbursement, we suggest you contact us to discuss the documentation required for your specific claim situation and the claims submission process just to be sure.

You hear so many horror stories of people who pay their premiums year after year, and when they finally had a claim were denied. Well let me tell you about my experience.

One of the quick tips I’ve picked up that I thought would be helpful to pass on is the transportation security administration’s 311 rule of carry on and liquids. To the seasoned traveler this may be old news, but to the seasonal traveler it might be a surprise.

A lot of our first time overseas travelers ask us about their cell phone coverage overseas. We encourage our travelers to talk to their mobile provider and also check out blogs and look for discounts on the coverage especially if you won't be traveling often. If you are faced with a medical emergency, it is always helpful to be connected or if you are traveling in a group to have one person with access to global cell coverage.
