I decided to post one of the most recent comments we received from a long time member that was addressed to all of our employees and the agent who sold them the policy to let the outside world also know how proud I am to be part of a staff that has such satisfied customers.

To All Seven Corners Staff: "I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with the Seven Corners Health Insurance. Being an insured with you all of these years was pleasant as was dealing with everyone in your office. In the back of my mind I wondered what was going to happen if and when I finally had a claim. You hear so many horror stories of people who pay their premiums year after year, and when they finally had a claim were denied. Well let me tell you about my experience.

The first inclination about how great Seven Corners was, was when I went into pre op in the Finance Dept at the hospital. The lady at the hospital asked for my insurance. She said "Oh, Seven Corners - they are very good about paying." To me that was a good sign. When I sent the information into claims, they promptly sent a guarantee of payment to the doctor and hospital. They were very helpful guiding me through the whole process.

Here is the best part, every bill they received, they paid within 30 days. They even called asking where certain bills were so they could pay them. All my reimbursement came in quickly which was a God send seeing as I have not been able to work just yet.
