We always try to coordinate our insured’s care with a provider who accepts payment directly from us without making the member pay for claims out of their own pocket. There are some instances where that is not possible or a member simply pays without realizing the provider should send the bill to Seven Corners.

Additionally, there are some situations with our Trip Cancellation coverages where a member is eligible for reimbursement for several pre-paid items. If you find yourself in situation where you need to submit a claim to us to get reimbursement, we suggest you contact us to discuss the documentation required for your specific claim situation and the claims submission process just to be sure.

We want to be able to handle all of our members claims the first time it is received. The information on how to submit claims is also found in your policy but if you aren’t quite sure our team of helpful representatives can make sure you know just what to send in to expedited your payment.
