At this time, the Healthcare Reform bill has not been implemented and the final administrative and procedural outcome has yet to be determined. Bureaucratic issues, details and the administration of the plan are still being discussed and designed. It is our understanding that the Healthcare Reform bill's intention is solely focused on U.S. domestic health care insurance plans.
Seven Corners' travel medical programs are considered "supplemental" insurance and not domestic health care insurance, therefore the bill's proposed mandatory acceptance of pre-existing conditions would not apply to Seven Corners' travel programs. Seven Corners will be monitoring the situation and will make any appropriate changes, as requested from the US government.

I've been wondering how the US government might regard US citizens with international (surplus lines) health insurance? If health cover for US citizens is mandated, would the Seven Corners plans be considered suffice?
I guess nobody knows at this stage but i'd appreciate your thoughts.
